Whilst working in-house at eConsult Health, it was always important to distinguish between the varying health-tech products we were marketing. The eHub product was a particularly complex one to explain, becoming especially confusing for new starters and customers who were unfamiliar with the product. The goal was to simplify the messaging, and align the visual to create an easy to follow explainer.
Working alongside clinical experts in the field, we unveiled a visual language that simplied the message and made it more accessible to understand. Below show various frames from the animation that helped nail the messaging and visuals, and could be repurposed in marketing this product.
